What to Include
To help us resolve your issue in one round trip, include:
- Your business name and the email on your account
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead
- For dashboard issues: the page you were on and a screenshot if possible
- For mobile app issues: your device model, whether you're on iPhone or Android, and the app version shown in Settings
Attendant Field Mobile App
Attendant Field is the companion app for crews and managers at businesses using Attendant AI. Common questions:
- How do I get a login? Accounts are created by your company — there is no in-app sign-up. Ask your manager or account owner to invite you from the Attendant AI dashboard.
- I can't sign in. Confirm you're using the email your company invited, and check with your account owner that your account is active. Password resets are sent by email.
- The app asks for camera or photo access. That permission is used only to attach job photos. You can decline it and still use the rest of the app — you just won't be able to add photos.
- Notifications aren't arriving. Check your device's notification settings for Attendant Field, then confirm notifications are enabled in the app's Settings tab.
- Working offline. The app is built offline-first: your day's jobs are cached, and photos or status updates made without signal upload automatically when you're back online.
Service Status
If calls to your business line aren't being answered or the dashboard is unreachable, email help@attendantai.net with the subject line "URGENT" and we'll prioritize it. Our monitoring pages us for platform-wide incidents, typically before you notice them.
